The Sacramento Aloha Festival is back for its Second Year!

The Aloha Spirit is alive and well in California!

Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the "I" Street Bridge While Rollin' On the River!

Celebrate the 100th anniversary of the "I" Street Bridge at the Rollin' On the River annual fundraising event in Old Sacramento.  The evening begins with a VIP reception honoring community leader, Lina Flat at the Sacramento History Museum and is followed by a cruise along the Sacramento River aboard the Empress Hornblower.  While cruising down the river, attendees can partake in a silent auction and some 1850s style gambling.  All proceeds from Rollin' On the River will be used to support the educational programs of the Historic Old Sacramento Foundation.

The California State Fair at Cal Expo is Affordable Family Fun for All!

It’s a celebration of California’s industries, agriculture, and people that began in 1854 when the California State Fair was held in San Francisco.  For the first several years, the festival was held in different locations around the state, drawing as many as 15,000 people a day, until it was decided in 1859 that Sacramento would be the fair’s official home.
